Dr. Shah and his staff are very kind and helpful.
I am an athlete that has gone to this office to get my physical and bloodwork done three times. The first time I had to basically beg for an MD signature instead of a nurse practitioner. The second time I asked for a specific blood screening and was very clear. Then I got screened for the wrong test. And lastly, here I am trying to contact them about more bloodwork because the lady that called me said my results were in MyNM, but they are not. Good luck trying to call this office. Very polite staff and Drs are all caring. Been going there for years.
I would not recommend Dr. Shah if you are actually having health issues. He's perfectly fine for routine physicals but beyond that, he drops the ball. I had a test result come back slightly abnormal. I had to advocate for any sort of diagnostics, even basic additional labs. Unfortunately, the office lost my samples and then ghosted me. I will have to find another doctor to get answers. Dr. Shah also gets visibly uncomfortable at the mention of any women's issues, which is a problem as I'm sure half his patients are female.
