Triage line never returns your calls. They just don’t care. I have called multiple times after visiting the clinic when my kid is sick but nurses will never return you call. You will eventually have to schedule an appointment to see the doctor that too 2-3 weeks from then. Very bad experience for a parent to go through with a sick child to worry about.
I will never ever recommend Dr Shah. our baby is only 6 months and had to approach Dr Shah since his Dr was on vacation. Tried calling and left messages with receptionist and triage nurse multiple times that the baby is vomiting and having diarrhea. The only response was Dr Shah will call back, the whole day has passed not even a single call yet. We had to take our baby to Urgent care.
