My go-to store for Indian jewelry and wedding related stuff. They have a good variety and will work within your budget. The best part is their customer service is top notch. I dont feel sales pressure and the staff is quite patient.
Shopping today at Payal Centre, I discovered Shagun Collection. Immediately when we entered, the staff was so nice greeting us at the door and offering help. Staff continued to be very kind and helpful as I looked at the different styles, taking their time and not rushing me. They had very unique pieces and at fair prices. Definitely recommend checking out and saying hello to Auntiji and Uncleji at the shop!
Kind staff , amazing collection
Worst place for festive or wedding shopping in Surrey! Shagun Collection sold me a bangle set with one missing and 5 in different size so basically in set of 12 I only got 6 which were actually useful. When I went back after Karva Chauth to complain, the owner rudely said it’s the customer’s responsibility to check everything at the time of buying — not their problem. Absolutely shocking attitude. No accountability, no respect for customers. This store is completely unreliable — don’t waste your money or trust here.
Awsum service I always buy my bangles and jewelry from here. There prices are very reasonable as well suggest to everyone must try this shop.
