The quality of stuff was not that great. Bought a chooda from them. All the stones came off from bangles after couple days of wearing. Worst experience ever

I would give 0 star if there's option of that,overhyped store, got 10 bangles for 25$ and when we reach home and saw some of the bangles were already broken. They are ripping off money from people by giving them faulty things.

I had rented out jaggo items from Shagun Collections as well as a gift box. Everything I had rented and purchased from them were in great quality but I am leaving a review because of their customer service. They provided my family and I with excellent customer service! Not only were they helpful in suggesting which items are necessary, but they also showed great flexibility and accommodation with rental timings.
