Shaggy’s is a hair style salon, not nail salon. I had Shelley - the owner - give me a perm. I absolutely love it. I needed a little lift to my hair since I had lost some hair over years. I just love my hair now. Thanks Shelley!
Shelley is great! She's been doing my hair cuts & color for years. Talented, clean & reasonably priced. There are other businesses in the building too. Currently an Eye Lash person & candles.
