I love taking my dog this groomers, they always do good job and my dog always has a good time looking beautiful! He always smells and feels sooo good! Staff is very friendly and I can tell they truly cares about dogs. 1000% recommend!
The owner was kind and had a good attitude toward the dog, and she is willing to visit again
This is a horrible, horrible place. I took my 2 dogs here ,one havanese (14 years old), and a shih tzu (5 months), the guy who was there was nice. I did explain to him, it was a first time grooming for the puppy and he said it was okay, he didn't say anything else about charging more. My havanese is very kind and sweet, Ive taken her to another groomer multiple times before and she was always happy and energetic right after and I was never told she had any kind of problem. Most definitely wouldn't recommend. My mom took both of our dogs here. One is a shih tzu he's 5 months and the other is a havanese she's 14 yrs old. Now the puppy doesn't have any grooming experience other then the maintenance we've done on him at home but our other dog has gone to other grooming places, and this one place we used to take her to constantly never had anything negative to say about her behavior and our dog would always leave happy and well taken care of. Today is 8/5/24 I took my puppy in as a walk in they told me base price was $65 for small dog and they would charge an extra $15 if she moved to much for the extra hands. I did let them know this would be her second time at a groomers. When I came to pick her up I was showed a video of my puppy getting her hair cut and she was moving so much.
