The staff are so obviously loving and respectful toward all the dogs that they care for. I love the job they do and how gentle they are with my pup.

Highly recommend...before his passing, we brought our senior dog (15+ years) here for several years. We would always look forward to seeing how cute he looked after his visit at Shaggie Pets. The staff there always did an amazing job with him--not only grooming-wise, but also showing him the added affection/attention/kindness that he needed (given his separation anxiety and not doing well in a crate). They even recommended tips/diet/etc. that they utilized with their own senior pups. Thank you Shaggie Pets!

I don’t care how skilled someone is at grooming and if you can’t treat people with kindness and respect, count me out! I walked in for my dog’s rescheduled appointment, and the owner was visibly upset about the previous appointment. My dog had been scheduled, but she needed to provide vaccine documents first. I explained she wasn’t vaccinated and the owner immediately shut it down fine, I understood that. I went to the vet, got the necessary documentation, and emailed it as instructed. Second time going to Shaggie Pets and each time Winona leaves happy and relaxed. The team does a fantastic job and the cuts look amazing! Will be going back again and again - thank you so much <3 Highly recommend!
