I find the staff at Shag very friendly and I have never had a problem receiving a return call from the stylist. I have lots of friends who are also clients of Shag and they are all satisfied with the care they receive. I highly recommend Shag
Called in early 2011 and left 3 messages and never got a response. Went to the location and sat in lobby for 15 minutes before anyone came ans spoke to me. Had my hair cut a month later. in early 2012 I called the stylist that cut my hair in 2011 (she gave me her card) and left her a message and never received a call back. It seems they don't want anyone's business and don't treat customers well.
