After a loooong day where nothing seemed to be going right I headed in for my 6:30pm, first time appointment with Marni. Feeling deflated and nervous that my bad day would continue and I would leave with something I wasn’t happy with I entered Shag. If you’re blonde it is a bit expensive but it’s so worth it. I get my hair done by Tayla and she is amazing. Seriously skilled!! On my first appointment she was able to give me the perfect colour and highlights I’ve been trying to get for years beforehand. She does my highlights so intricately and places them perfect. I never stress about regrowth (even tho my natural hair is dark brown), as it always looks blended and grows out nicely. My experience at Shag was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and created such a warm, friendly atmosphere. I felt comfortable and well taken care of the entire time. Most importantly, they did an outstanding job on my hair I couldn't be happier with the result.
