I have lived here four wonderful years. Yes the location is fabulous, apartments well designed but what really makes this a great place to live is the caring staff. Bar none, they all rock. On a daily basis they are professional, consistently service oriented and focused on making our life here the best it can be. My dad lived here. Prime location to shops and restaurants, close to a beautiful clean park and waterfront, friendly neighbors in the building, great staff and a calendar of activities for the residents. The negative… window maintenance would be lovely, they are cloudy and uninviting, the homeless shelter is across the street so there are always homeless people outside and on the sidewalks. Updates to the apartments would be wonderful as they are very dated. Overall my dad enjoyed it here and made some great friends.
