I recently toured Boardwalk Senior Affordable Apartments, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by Cindy and Ana at the front office, who made me feel right at home. They were kind, patient, and answered every question I had without rushing me. Great community quick response to work order & quickly and efficiently completed.
I moved to (510) Boardwalk apartments about 1 year ago because it was affordable and the location. I enjoy being able to safely walk to so many wonderful places such as Farmer's Market, the Percival Landing waterfront, Swantown, the Capitol and so much more. Options to the many restaurants who offer Happy Hour menus is a bonus. But, most meaningful to me is our staff, from office to maintenance.
