I requested a letter outlining my disability, to support my PIP appeal. I was told to provide this by PIP. I was told, No, they wouldn't write one. Even though the cost is £30. So I asked for a letter, stating they wouldn't do this. And they said No. This has left me in a very bad position regarding my appeal. And without a letter from the Dr, I have no chance. I'm in shock. Utterly disappointed.

Always so responsive and caring. The new online system does make things quicker and prevent you from sitting on the phone for ages on a morning trying to get an appointment. However i can see how this could be difficult for people who have limited understanding of technology. Hopefully there are still things in place to support them too. I cannot fault this doctors practice at all. I have never struggled to get an appointment for myself or my children. Thank you

I’m not overly impressed with having to use system connect as it makes things more difficult, I do prefer using the NHS app as it’s easier and much more simpler to use. The reception staff are very kind and helpful and the surgery overall is good, it’s just using the different systems and only during the working hours. The reviews for this surgery baffle me I’ve honestly had nothing but respect even from the reception staff which is hard to find the nurses are lovely and the doctors I’ve seen have been great too especially Dr Lewis No messing about says it as it is which I like. I really have nothing bad to say at all it’s been made far better with the new appointments system as well it’s not very often I can’t get an appointment very quickly and call backs are always quick as well. I’d honestly recommend

After reading other previous posts I was reluctant at joining this practice this year. However they were the only ones taking on in my area. Im glad that I did join this practice as the online booking system is easy to use and it saves me waiting in line to get an appointment over the phone. Ive found the receptionists friendly and helpful when I've been into the practice and the same for the physio. It's also a bonus that the chemist is downstairs.
