This is the worst place to get your. Medicine. I stop going here 7 years from now . I get full discount at Walgreens free delivery from bakersfield to shafter. Never have to worry about a refill.
Really wish Rite Aid didn't shut down. I got a call and text yesterday my medicine was ready I go in and its still not ready they said another 30 min on top of the 20 I spent in line .I only came for the convenience of it being just across the tracks from home .I do not recommend and I will be switching pharmacies.
Look i understand some places are busy..... but EVERY time i call im always on hold and alway th3 call drops on me one time i flirtedthe idea to see how long the wait is... 9 mins .... one time I called in just to see if the refills was okay'd by my primary and took 2 days. I called my primary and they said I was good on refills from the beginning.... idk whats going on but they need a better system or someone better on inputting info... They were not helpful and after being called to pick up my item they did not have it when I got there
