Most are nice and friendly there. But my husband and I always have a problem with the one Esmeralda with a bad attitude, rude and demeaning. Yesterday was the last straw. I was told they had my prescription and would be ready in 15 min. Went and waited. My phone rang about 15 min later so went in to get it. Waited another 10 min in line. She told me they didn't have it would have to come back another day. I said I was told they had it. She said we'll we called but you didn't pick up the phone, very rudely. I transferred from Rite Aid and what I don’t like about Shafter Medical Pharmacy they go through the cheapest manufacturers which makes a difference on how my medication works and they don’t always call when my medication is ready. As far as the clerks they are all so nice and helpful.
Always had to tell them to fill my meds. They never let me know when my meds were ready for pick up . Just not a good place all around
🤔 They lack a lot of medicinal inventory, for both adults and children. But they do have good prices on water bottle packs. 👍
