Had a bad experience this time ! Wanted my appointment scheduled for early morning! Told the nurse AS SOON I STEPPED IN !! 1 hour later reminded again! Finally after 2 1/2 hr after chemo reminded again and was said the schedule left the building by then ! Was in chemo room for almost 2 1/2 hr never came to ask how was I doing ! Or needed anything ! This is unacceptable!
Dr Rahman’s entire staff is so kind and caring. Nurse Jessie is very thorough answer all of my questions when I am scared. Karl takes my BP and always asks about my family. Dr Rahman takes care of me making sure I’m on the right chemo and making sure I am living life, doing fun things, and not just sitting worrying about my cancer. She also often enquires about my daughter and new grand baby. I feel genuinely cared for and know my health (my stinking cancer 😡) is in good hands. I am very thankful.
We're so lucky to have the James here in OH. The oncology staff and nurses do an excellent job of caring for patients. Your treatment plan is fully explained and any questions you have are answered in plain language you can understand.
