Dr. Shaffrey did my surgery back in 2011 and now that I need him to do a follow-up because I'm having problems with my neck, I can't get no help at all!! All I needed was an appointment to examine me! But the nurse didn't want to simply schedule for me to come in. These doctors and nurses have ABSOLUTELY NO COMPASSION FOR PATIENTS!
