Would I recommend Shaffers to anyone I know? Maybe not. I was referred there and have been there a few times never had an issue until my last visit. Made an appt had my car there at 10:00 am. Called at 12 was told it was next on the list.. still no call until 2 whenever I called again... they told me it was next on the list AGAIN. At this point they had my car 4 hours never even looked at it. I waited until 3:45 and he guy finally had a price quote for me when I called again.
