This place advertises as a pet pharmacy, but if you go with a prescription from a licensed emergency vet you got late the night before, after almost no sleep, and having a horrible morning.. They will NOT honor the prescription unless you bring your injured dog there and pay them for a visit so they can make a quick buck as well! Will not give you a reason why or let you talk to any one other than the receptionist, growingly louder. The ladies at this veterinary clinic are always friendly and loving to my dogs. The doctor here is compassionate and knows her job. Thank you for always making our visits enjoyable.
We brought our sweet boy Ghost here for many appointments. Dr.Shaffer and all of the staff are some of the most kind and patient people I have met. They treated our boy so well and did everything they could and helped us give him the best life possible. And even when he got to the end they treated him with utmost kindness and love. As long as Dr. Shaffer is accepting patients it will be the only place I will bring my fur babies.
Very capable and efficient staff. Much better experience at their new facility where they have so much more room compared to their previous location where they were crammed in a shopping with a pizza place, donut shop, etc. I’m so happy for Dr. Shaffer and her staff. She’s an excellent vet and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new vet. Winston just had his annual visit and once again we were not disappointed.
Great Vet, always happy with the service they provide.
