If I could I'd give a Zero star rating. Rude. Incompetent. Unprofessional. I wouldn't use Shaffer's Plumbing for anything. They really have absolutely no idea what they are doing.
They left their trash from their lunch in our front yard when they were done with their job, they left a hug mound of dirt that they did not attempt to level and just after 3 weeks from the job, instead of sending us a bill they called our real estate agent to tell him that they were going to press charges against us for non-payment. We had never been contacted by them to say that they thought we were late on payment. Would never use again unless forced.
