Contacted this company for emergency service for my grandmother. Shaffer arrived within 30 minutes of our conversation and within 45 minutes, she was back cool and comfortable. To note, the owner of the company provides impeccable knowledge and diligent servicing. Highly recommend to anyone in the Hampton Roads.
Great tech came out and checked our system. Gave us our options and explained everything and answered our questions above and beyond what was needed. Work.was done quickly. Will have him out again in a month or so.to replace the thermostat too!
This company installed a mini split in my room over the garage, put it on a side wall, which they recommended, used my downstairs unit to create a vent to direct air from downstairs to the room over the garage. None of this should have happened. Now it is no longer working, is 3 years old and they are refusing to work on it. It is still under warranty. They refused because another company attempted to fix it until we realized it was still under warranty. I would never use them or recommend them to anyone.
