Great customer service! They have always treated myself and everyone I know like family! 10/10 recommend!
I've purchased multiple vehicles from Shaffer GMC over the years, and the experience has always been excellent. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about their customers. From the sales process to service after the sale, they consistently go above and beyond to make sure everything is handled right. It's a dealership you can trust, and I highly recommend Shaffer GMC to anyone looking for a great vehicle-buying experience.
Thanks to the guys at Shaffer getting me into a new terrain Great experience plenty to choose from vehicle wise.
I shopped around everywhere and was able to receive the best final price by far here! Everything was honest and upfront from the start. I will be returning back when I am ready for another new GMC!
