I can't believe I've never left a review for this gentleman! We have a 1988 Reatta, and years ago the cluster went out. As a surprise, I bought my fiance a replacement cluster, and Shaffer was able to replace it for us. To this day, the dash still looks beautiful. Shaffer was the only guy we were able to find at the time willing and able to replace the cluster dash in my fiancé's Reatta and you wouldn't even be able to tell it's not the original piece from the car! Craig has worked on both of my Mercedes - maintenance schedules and repairs - he’s very fair and honest about the services that are needed, unlike the stealership which tries to push you into unnecessary services. His prices are reasonable and he is upfront about cost estimates. It was very hard to find a local mechanic who was experienced in German automotive in this area and he is!
