We strongly advise not using this company for service. We use them to install mini split air conditioner system, and a very expensive furnace system so we considered ourselves pretty good customers. However, the Customer Service received was deplorable. Their service contracts went up significantly in price after becoming Schaeffer Beacon. We did keep a contract for Service and at the five-year mark with our mini split, it was determined to have a leak that was a $3000 repair. Shaffer Beacon has been our condo association HVAC contractor. Many of us also use them to maintain our AC units, 2-ton, mostly on rooftops. Their technicians are very skilled, and they are cost effective and affordable. I recommend them for your AC work.

If you need a plumber look no further! Todd did an excellent job. The old 70+ year old sink was removed and replaced with a new wash basin. Neat, clean, thorough and fast. These guys are the best hands down.

Eddie Hernandez did a wonderful job diagnosing the problem and coming up with a fix that did not require the purchase of a new pump. The cost savings was very appreciated. He was professional and courteous. Respectful of my home.

We lost our hot water on Thanksgiving evening. We called Beacon and arranged for next day service. On Friday morning Tony arrived and began assessing potential problems. After calling his supervisor, they believed a mixing valve needed to be replaced. After replacing the valve hot water was restored. Credit goes to Tony in his assessment and professionalism.
