Dave and his team at Shaffer Beacon are some of the most professional and knowledgeable when it comes to Residential & Commercial service work. Being in business for over 100 years already says a lot, but once you speak with them you'll see why they're still top of the industry leaders in the state of Connecticut. Highly recommend for any and all of your maintenance and service needs. 5 Stars, but would give more if possible!

Terrible experience. Got charged for service even though it’s under 5 year warranty. The guy came in with two tools . Only to have to leave . Because he was unprepared . As we watch him work. Because it’s 165$ an hour . He eventually gets it on. But decides throws an old filter at our feet . Which in turns blowing a cloud of dust in your faces . Than leave the furnace running without a filter . Mind you This is after we spent 48 hours cleaning and vacuuming the basement for renovations. . Terrible service . Will never call t... read more
First time here the food was delicious
We just completed a home improvement project and hired Shaffer Beacon Mechanical to install 3 - head ductless heat pumps. The technicians Tyler and Sal were great! On time, professional and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Shaffer Beacon Mechanical to anyone who needs heating and plumbing services!
