Eddie Hernandez did a wonderful job diagnosing the problem and coming up with a fix that did not require the purchase of a new pump. The cost savings was very appreciated. He was professional and courteous. Respectful of my home.

We lost our hot water on Thanksgiving evening. We called Beacon and arranged for next day service. On Friday morning Tony arrived and began assessing potential problems. After calling his supervisor, they believed a mixing valve needed to be replaced. After replacing the valve hot water was restored. Credit goes to Tony in his assessment and professionalism.

For the second year in a row, Shaffer Beacon Mechanical performed an annual maintenance on my oil fired boiler. For the second year in a row, the boiler stopped working within hours. I called them back and was heartened by the repair performed by the after hours emergency technician (Eddy Fernandez). He was very proficient, polite & professional. He did a great job! I will ask for him specifically going forward.

I have used this company for over 40 years and since the new owners purchased the business we have had poor service. This time we paid several hundred dollars for a service call. They removed the caulking around the leaking pipe and said the leak had stopped. Needless to say that did not repair my leak.
