They are able to find out what the problem is with your truck fast they are close to Freightliner Kenworth and Peterbilt they normally can get the part within an hour and get you back on the road. The downtime in this business is what kills you that's why this shop is really good they work hard and fast to get you back working. This is a great owner operator shop. And very reasonable priced.

Called him with semi truck derate issues , he said “stop by, we can do a forced regen”, we will “guide you” into the shop. Got there. Parked on the street steps away from his tiny shop, not good enough, blocked the next door parking lot access, even though they weren’t busy, mind you, from the phone conversation he was soon to be checking out my truck issues, so I initially thought it wouldn’t matter.
