Very knowledgeable, kind and accommodating. Was able to fix our diesel truck when nobody else could.
RIPOFF ON SHIPPING Ordered parts from Shafer's Diesel and was billed through the CPC shop, They did not fit even though I was told on the phone they would. Returned parts and was charged double for shipping before they refunded the leftover amount.
