If you are easily swooned by personalized parking spaces and whiteboards with your name on it, maybe you'll have a fine experience. But if you want an orthodontist who actually listens to you and offers to talk to you and allow you to have input on your treatment plan, save yourself before it’s too late. We have 4 beautiful smiles and super experiences from Shafers! The friendly staff was very easy to talk to about every aspect of braces (insurance, care plan, broken wires, coordinating with oral surgeons/dentists, etc) and Dr. Shafer crafted personal plans that ended in great results for each of our kids’ different needs.
Very friendly staff. The Invisalign program was you’re very convenient for us. Highly recommend.
