Dr. Shafer and the entire team are absolutely amazing. Our visit was incredibly welcoming and informative from start to finish. I am in the middle of my Invisalign plan and it's going amazingly well! I have to admit I was not excited about virtual appointments but actually it's fantastic not to have to schedule an appointment, I just do it from home when it's convenient for me. The staff has been so friendly and helpful. I can see my smile evolving. Do I love popping out the retainer every time I eat? Nah-but the results are worth it.
