Having had a wonderful experience with Dr. Shafer when my oldest needed orthodontics, I knew when the youngest needed them right where we were going. I ended up joining in and working to fix an issue I was having as well. I could not be more pleased with Dr. Shafer and his team. If you are easily swooned by personalized parking spaces and whiteboards with your name on it, maybe you'll have a fine experience. But if you want an orthodontist who actually listens to you and offers to talk to you and allow you to have input on your treatment plan, save yourself before it’s too late.
