Shafer is great! Sergio was amazing! I have no complaints at all. I didn’t pay anything for the visit, due to a membership, but I highly recommend Shafer. Don’t forget to look into the membership services. Very knowledgeable and communication is excellent!
John was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. We appreciate his attention to detail and communication of what he was doing during the plumbing check up. He was also very patient with our dogs. A+ service!
