You need to be pretty handy to live here because they don't fix nothing
Beautiful Park and overall nice community. Not your average trailer park. Roads recently redone, Newer Houses and nicely remodeled older ones.
Used to live there and the road was TERRIBLE AND FLOODED and car looked green from trees (pollen) and alot of smell from the mill It's a nice location but thats about it
Needs a lot of work. Roads are all torn up, broken down cars parked on the side of the streets. Slowly getting better but still a ways to go.
