I hired Shadyside House Cleaning to help with some specific maintenance cleaning that I outlined for them. They arrived four hours later than scheduled, did only some of the tasks on my list, and did other things that I did not ask them to do in ways that were not at all helpful or appreciated. Jose and his team are very thorough, fast, and caring team. They also listened to feedback and responded very well. Our family appreciated working with them during our stay in Pittsburgh! We highly recommend their services to anyone.
Great communication! They came about 3-4 professional with smile on their faces, they cleaned after my tenants left and trashed the place, didn't complain, did a great job! Highly recommended! I will definitely call again!
