For the amount we pay each month in HOA fee’s, you’ll feel robbed. 500 a month for what? Cut grass on 30% of the property? The pool being closed for months? The fencing around half the units rotting away? I could keep going. I hope this place finds some real management.
Never buy a place here! It is a joke. The management company they have running it is the worst I have ever experienced. We pay a fortune in HOA fees and they do nothing. The manager does not reply to phone calls, texts or emails. Avoid at all costs!
Needs to update very badly the gathering area, by the pool. Especially the children's play area. The older section is not well maintained and the flooding into the units is bad. Was a lawsuit ever won? Details please.
