I originally lived in this trailer park back in 2021 and had a very positive experience. Maintenance was responsive, and everything seemed clean, well-maintained, and improving. Because of that, I decided to return in May 2024. I toured the unit multiple times before moving in and didn’t notice any major issues. Mostly run down trailers in poor repair. Low cost housing that is not well maintained.
