Came here look for an apartment but they were full. The manager Alex was very nice and still gave me his time.
Went there looking for a place and they were very friendly. The place was also clean and quiet.
Rented my first apartment here and the landlord refused to fix the broken AC. My gas line broke and when I called in the gas company they red tagged the water heater for leaking carbon monoxide, and condemned the furnace as unsafe to use. The owner tried to blame these issues on me and actually tried to evict me. I fought his eviction proceedings which he then dropped, and later had to take him to court to get my security deposit back.
