We had a serious grinder pump failure that brought our entire plumbing system to a halt — toilets not flushing, backups starting, and a very stressful situation in a slab home. Tim and Doug from Shady Spring PSD responded quickly, were incredibly professional, and most importantly got the grinder pump running again when it had completely shut down. No option for monthly auto payment and they very nastily call and threaten to disconnect services the same day if you forget to make monthly payment (last time my voicemail was full and I was working and unable to answer the call). Very rude and outrageous I will report to better business bureau
