Under no circumstances should you give these people a large deposit they kept ours for 7 months Never did the work and I had to call them 20 times to finally get the money back. They seem to have lied to us numerous times about mailing the check , which we never did receive.
These guys are the best around very attention to detail which is a rarity in Florida I would highly recommend calling them for any of your needs
