100% satisfied! I live in Hawaii and my girlfriend lives in Asheville. I have used Shady Grove several times. They are always helpful and create beautiful works of art! It's difficult choosing flowers sight-unseen but they do wonderful arrangements based on my fumbled words and ideas over the phone. I wish they were in Hawaii too.
