Garbage! These glasses remind me of cheap Chinese sunglasses. Don't waste your money.
Love this small business. Sometimes when its busy its harder to get a quicker response, but they care about their customers.
Product is a solid 4 stars, but customer service is a negative at this point. I bought 3 pair as gifts and everyone loved them so much i bought myself a pair to replace my maui Jim's and Ray Bans that I absolutely love. I ordered myself a pair and a blind box for a potential gift. Got the glasses and it had a defect in the lense, not a big deal. CS took 4 days to find a solution. They shipped out a new pair, the box is messed up and the lense is not on the frame right. Been trying to reach someone to fix this or just return ... read more
