Purchased Shady Rays React R sunglasses with blackout lens in early 2023 and lost them in June 2024 and went to get a replacement per their warranty. They charged me $12.87 for shipping and sent me a pair of cheesy sunglasses as a replacement. When I inquired about this they stated the warranty which covers lost or damaged products wasn't valid for the sunglasses I purchased (their high end). Two stars because my family does like the sunglasses very much. However the customer service other than being able to apologize is lacking. Ordered replacement 2 weeks ago and it's been 11 days since I received shipping notification and no one can seem to tell me when my replacement will be delivered. I get the typical " we have had shipping delays and we're sorry". Does me no good when a company can't provide their products in a timely manner.
