Do Not buy here (Shady Park) we’re on Sugar Hill Way. Across from water. It’s not the whole community but none of the nice ones are near us. All the houses surrounded by us. I mean beside on 2 sides of r house, across the street - I’m telling the truth bc I wish I knew about neighbors I nvr ever would recommend Shady Park. It says “pet friendly* I’ve been screamed by all of them, cussed out, gave me the middle finger (most of these are men &/or couples). I’ve Rec’d nasty notes on my door - for example.
