Years ago this was a nice place to live. Now it isn't a place to live and feel safe anymore. Different residents in the back part of the park speed through here, play loud music all hours of the day and night. Bellmead pd is back there often. When I complained to the park manager about dogs running wild I was asked if I had talked to the dog owner. No I didn't. Our lease clearly states no dogs are too be running wild. This place has a hard time deciding which rules to enforce and to whom. It's not the cleanest. And the managers certainly don't care about the safety of their tenants. Beware if you decide to move in here.
Ratty place
SOMHP is a park for long term single wide (Mobile Homes). It is NOT a camping facility for RVs, campers, tents or short term recreational sites. The lots are rented, ideally for long term, single family homes. No public facilities, pools, showers or waste disposal. Private homes only, in a quiet, pleasant, small private community.
