I set a day to go look at the place and once I turned in i turned right back out. It looked ghetto af there. Idk who would even wanna live at a place like that? Who ever does or did and still is should be ashame of their selfs. Especially with kids. What great parents you are. Lol
The community manager is overbearing and very unfriendly! They set rules in the lease, but only enforce them when it's convenient for them. Not everybody is held to the same standard! The roads are in need of repair, and so is the "park" where they expect our children to play! All these people care about is collecting the lot rent, which continues to go up. Management is terrible. Pet friendly is an overstatement. The lease excludes everything that you would consider a normal part of life. The rent is inflated each year with no benefit to the residents. Streets are filled with holes. Gardens are frowned upon. Freedom does not exist here.
