IF I COULD THEM A ZERO RATING I would. 5 weeks after taking deposit my order still had not been placed because Kris was too busy. I called to arrange an install date only to she hadn't ordered. Tried to make entire thing my fault! After seven weeks of no communication I finally called credit card company for return of deposit. Owner is very snippy and never available. THIS WOMAN IS TRULY A "SHADY" LADY. BEWARE!!!!
