This was our third trip to Shady Gums and we will be back again! This is the perfect place for us to get away and enjoy exploring all the Grampians has to offer. We've been there in summer, winter and spring and Shady Gums was perfect for all weather conditions. We love watching the birds and the native wildlife from the amazing bay window. My husband is wheelchair dependent and loves the freedom Shady Gums offers him.
Shady Gums has been an absolutely lovely place to stay, a beautiful and comfortable location. Our children really enjoyed feeding all the wonderful birds that came to visit. Shady Gums is presented beautifully and has everything you need to enjoy the Grampians in comfort and style. Close to town and convenient to stay with children, kangaroos at your doorstep and playground within walking distance. Thanks so much for welcoming us to such a beautiful place, we look forward to staying again!
Beautiful location, great for hiding from the cold with a fire, very close to town, well stocked kitchen. Very accessible if you in a wheelchair.
Beautiful place , owners were very helpful, lovely scenery, disability friendly, beautiful 5 star accommodation. Lovely shops, Ice cream shop was awesome, Amazing pizza shop .
