The rehab got my mother in law back on her feet and going again, but the nursing has a real star in their DON Brenda Efundum. She goes above and beyond to see care is rendered. Chi chi, Francis, and Alex were great. San, the nursing assistant is a kind and gentle soul that renders wonderful personal care to the residents.

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. My mom went here for rehab due to a recent hospital stay. The staff was cold, would yell at my mother for pressing the call button for help and didn’t care to provide her with warm food. When I requested her next meal or to heat her breakfast that was cold I was yelled at by the manager Chi Chi who would not accommodate and would not provide her managers name. I would strongly caution anyone considering this rehabilitation facility. Our recent experience has been extremely concerning. Basic patient care needs are not being met consistently—medications are delayed or unavailable, and patients are not assisted in a timely or respectful manner when requesting help, including with something as essential as using the restroom. Staff was friendly and responded quickly to request for one on one care
