Terrible facility with the rudest receptionists possible. They have no idea who is staying there. To put it bluntly, they will curse you out and hang up on you when you want to speak to a patient. I wouldn't send any of my loved ones here. Clearly they show no level of care to anyone

The receptionist was very friendly. Parking was convenient, and being in Rockville this place is quite accessible. Sure it's outdated but I've never been a fan of Tik Tok videos of people decorating their home with ikea furniture to try to look expensive. I'm glad this place keeps things simple and equally glad my family members that I visit there look healthy and happy to see me.

Interior very old and dated. Food was always cold. PT was very minimal. Not a decent rehab. Deplorable conditions. Had I known this my relative would not have stayed there. I wouldn’t even keep my dog in this facility. None of the staff have a voicemail on their extension so you don’t even know if they got the message which in fact whenever you call there, nobody answers the telephone. This place needs to be closed down by county and state for sanitation and other reasons. Everything there is horrible from sanitation, food, patient care , building maintenance, hygiene etc. The place reeks of urine and feces especially evenings and weekends. The administrator neither takes nor returns phone calls.
