Love having a place at Shady Grove MHP! They have a couple NEW mobile homes on lot for sale. You buy the home and rent the lot. It’s next to KOA but separate from that and for 55 & older. It’s not private, quiet, and near the beach. Most everyone has a golf cart to ride to beach and more! Best known secret to have my little place!!
My parents live here. Quiet and cute and good walking distance from a lot. Lovely little 55 and older community.
