I would like to file a complaint against the triage nurse that evaluated my mom on May 6, 2026 around 3:45 pm. I took my mom to Shady Grove Adventist Hospital Emergency Department on 5/6/26 due to hypotension, dizziness and shortness of breath. After registration, the tech and the RN at the triage tried obtaining my mom’s vital signs. They were able to get her temperature but unlucky in getting her SPO2 as well as blood pressure. I had a procedure in mid-December, I paid CASH, and was told there would only be an $80 bill for the biopsy results. Tell me why they are now billing me over $2,000?! Send it to collections medical cannot affect my credit.
All the personnel who either interacted with me or were directly involved in my treatment did a great job.
