Very disappointed with the night staff. Based on how unprofessional and how they treat the patient. I work for capitol women care and I would never tell my patient to shut up. If I could give ZERO star I wouldn't hesitate to do that. My experience with this facility and their ER is beyond horrifying. I tried to reach out to their customer service but they just blamed me why I wasn't patient enough after waiting for 7 hours but no one talked to me about my condition. Their nurses have terrifying attitude to the point when I asked to discharge me, the nurse got mad at me and took the IV off so hard that my skin got ripped off and left me bleeding.
