If you’re 45 or older, avoid this place. Apparently over 45 they want to force you to spend the absolute most money for donor egg. You cannot use your own eggs under any circumstances. Places that do this only do it so they can show high successful fertility rates. So to be sure they don’t affect their numbers. they hide the harder side of fertility and they remove that option. Their success numbers are fixed. They only take you on if you have a high chance of success and they guarantee this by forcing donor eggs.
There are not enough words to express my gratitude to the SGF Wexford team. Everyone, and I mean everyone, is spectacular. The ultrasound techs, nurses, receptionists, phlebotomists, everyone. I transferred to SGF after 6 months at a different REI and it was the best decision I ever made. I love the fact that at Shady Grove you are assigned to 1 nurse, 1 doctor, and 1 financial coordinator -- this made it feel like a personalized team of experts that were not only IVF experts, but experts on my specific file and scenario!
We just welcomed our baby girl in March and are forever grateful to the Shady Grove Wexford team! The entire staff was so kind and made us feel cared for, they were genuinely happy for our success. We were lucky enough to work with Dr. Nguyen, and NP Dana made the appointments feel like chatting with a friend— I actually missed our visits when it was all over! You are in good hands with this team.

I went with my friend for a procedure at this SGF office and I cannot thank the team enough for the expert care and compassion! The warm welcome at the front desk calmed her nerves. The MA team that she looks forward to seeing made her smile and laugh. Susan, who runs the office, checked in to make sure she was doing well and see if she need anything additional.
