I just had the worst experience here with the ultrasound tech! I understand that she doesn’t want to take pictures or videos, but then she refuses to take a picture of the heartbeat for us to have and said she couldn’t but the last ultrasound tech did. Then the two pictures she printed for us we can barely see. And the worst part is I’ve waited a week and a half for this ultrasound after a loss so have been nervous and she wouldn’t even let me see the screen during it. What a joke of an organization. This place only exists to push freezing your eggs so they can charge you a monthly fee for holding them. That's it. DO NOT GO HERE!

As a husband, I will always be grateful for Vanessa. From the very beginning of our fertility journey, she was there for us every step of the way. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Shady Grove- TMC! I was a patient of Dr. Shah (Woodlands) but the med center was closer to my house so I did all of my monitoring there! Everyone made us feel so comfortable and safe, we honestly couldn’t have done it without those women, they made all the difference on our journey!
