I’m disappointed with my recent experience. When I called the office, the general manager was very rude and dismissive over the phone. When I politely told her she was being rude, she responded by saying she would put a note on my record to not accept me as a patient. That felt unprofessional and concerning. I hope the office works on improving communication and treating patients with respect.
After Dr.Salib left this place fell apart, they have no clue what they are doing and they just waste your time.
The longer I'm a patient at this practice the worse it gets. Messages that don't get through to where they're supposed to, prescriptions that aren't called in properly, an extremely long wait times in the office. I just spent 15 minutes on hold trying to make an appointment so I can wait 2 hours in the office to get seen. After 15 minutes of being on hold with nobody coming back to let me know that they were actually coming back to the line I hung up called back and now the office is closed. Very typical
