This office is the worse!!!!!! they dont get back to you with results. When calling during normal hours their phone is still on service. The office is filthy....currently searching for another PCP. So sad Dr. Salib is no longer there, the office has gone done significantly since he's not there!!!!!!! Heidi is amazing!
I’m disappointed with my recent experience. When I called the office, the general manager was very rude and dismissive over the phone. When I politely told her she was being rude, she responded by saying she would put a note on my record to not accept me as a patient. That felt unprofessional and concerning. I hope the office works on improving communication and treating patients with respect.
After Dr.Salib left this place fell apart, they have no clue what they are doing and they just waste your time.
