Well kept. Good looking people there for the superficial or those who like beauty. Animal friendly. It's Germantown so if you dislike then I don't know what makes you happy. Not asking either. Only negative in area is compared to Midtown areas, the array of amazing unique food dwindles to the very generic places in area. They have good ratings with food inspections. Love summer time with the kids here! Well maintained, friendly neighbors, nearby tennis courts, and the right amount of shade and pool chairs to keep everyone happy! We also enjoy the clubhouse and walks around the pond with our family.
