The front end staff has always been really friendly to me and returns my voicemails pretty quick. Sometimes I might be on hold for a little bit but that's cause I've asked a question they have to ask the Dr directly and that can take a bit so as not to interrupt a patients appointment. I'm really happy with my level of care, multiple new diagnoses that were missed by both military doctors(I'm a military brat and they always just said growing pains of similar excuses) and private practice doctors. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a doctors office and in my profession I deal with a lot of medical offices. The lady on the phone, Melissa was an absolute nightmare, she was rude, condescending and straight out lied to me. This is not just my opinion but also the opinion of my coworker who also tried to call and has been a long standing patient of Laura Johnson. I am told that Laura is a good doctor however that is over shadowed by the poor and unprofessional attitude of the front end, as we all know the fro... read more
