This review is about the restaurant that has a sign "open till 4:00pm". We drove 2 hours to get here and the people around back said it closed early. We got there at 2:30pm and had to drive back 2 hours on bikes 🏍 without food. If you say open till 4pm then you should stay open till 4pm.
We have eaten at Shady Cliff for over 10 years, and always enjoyed it. However this past weekend was a great let down. Hours changed drastically, but that's livable. The biggest disappointment was the once extensive menu. It has been dwindled down to 2 apps and 3 meal options - chicken tenders, burgers, and catfish. In the past, burgers were fantastic. My husband's $18 burger was clearly a cheap frozen patty and far over-cooked, and the "meat" on my sliders was thinner and smaller than a Krystal or White Castle patty! Very d... read more
