Horrible very rude staff, tacky arrangements- who puts a red bow on a purple vase with orange flowers? I have never been treated so rudely. Use another florist is my advice.

I have only good things to say about this wonderful Florist, I live out of State GA I had to rely on their judgement and they never let me down my Sister still has a beautiful floral design of silk arrangement because she has allergies. She was so happy I saw them when I visited her a year later beautiful. Many other gifts. I highly recommend them

I have been a customer of Shady Brook since moving to West Islip in 1994. Part of the fun shopping in their store is viewing the unique gifts they offer besides the fresh flower arrangements. I prefer to view my gifts & flowers in person rather than shopping on the internet. Although,when hard pressed for time one phone call to Annette, the owner is all that is needed. Any arrangements both small or large have always gotten rave reviews from my clients & family. Have fun shopping & good luck to all. Lou manzione
