RecommendedVery impressed! The staff was very knowledgeable, helpful and went above and beyond helping us find everything we needed. I also was thankful they asked a price range and they made sure everything they showed my daughter was within that. Definitely will be back!
We have been coming here since I was a kid. Somebody outgrew her saddle this winter (also bought here) so we made a stop at our favorite shop in Pittsburgh, Shady Acres, and found a replacement HDR on the way home from appointments today. If anyone is looking, they have everything from Wintec up through Pessoa A/O new and used at great prices with at least a hundred to sit in. The best customer service! Had an issue with the Tredstep English riding boots that I bought for my daughter. The owners at Shady Acres were so understanding. They called Tredstep while I was there and the company graciously stands behind their product and will be replacing the boots. I will always buy my riding supplies from this great store and I am forever a fan of Tredstep.
They are awesome... very helpful...
